Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone call with recruiter followed by two phone screenings (one with a VP and one with a Senior Associate), before I came in for a super day. Super day consisted of a model test (3-statement / long-form LBO) as well as case study (preparing investment merits/considerations based on a CIM for a target the team recently looked at). Relatively standard and straightforward process. Received offer, but ended up not joining since my current firm matched/surpassed offer and upsized my carry allocation.
