Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a phone interview with a 1st year analyst. The analyst was probably the best interviewer I've had. He was very insightful and was encouraging on the difficult questions.
Second round was with a 2nd year analyst. The analyst was also insightful, but not so much encouraging.
