The process began with an online application and resume submission, followed by a Pymetrics gamified assessment. After completing the games, I received a Pymetrics digital interview consisting of three recorded questions. The questions focused on my background and the unique perspective I would bring to Blackstone, a challenging goal I had pursued and my motivation behind it, and my views on how current and emerging macroeconomic trends could affect alternative investing.
