Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. Was sent a pymetrics assessment and a hirevue to complete in ~5 days. After was notified to a zoom interview with an unnamed analyst. Was asked behaviorals i.e. why blackstone, why pe, etc. Then was the paper lbo and two following technicals. Lastly was given the opportunity to ask the analyst questions.
