Real Estate Asset Management

I applied through college recruiting and it turned out it was the first time Blackstone had the on campus interview here. The interviewer is a first year analyst who has been woking in one of the BB for a year before. Actually I have met some of the candidates and it turned out majority of the us were international students, which I guessed Blackstone has a very diverse culture. The interviewer is nice but also very aggressive in my personal opinion because she probed everything you said and went depth as possible as she can. My advice is to be confidence and to be prepared.
