Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through my school's career site. Received an email requesting a phone interview about two weeks after applying. After the phone interview I received a call asking me to come to New York for an in person interview. All travel was arranged and paid for. Interviewed at their office on Park Street. Five different interviews, each with two individuals. Last interview slot was a basic excel test.
