Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst

Interview process is quite lengthy, initially you are screened by 2/3 analyst which you meet during 1 on 1 interview. After that I was asked to complete GMAT style test (20 maths question in 40 minutes) and 1 modelling test (3h test). After that I met the heads of the team. During your final rounds you will meet with several people from different offices (in my case London NY and Milan) based within different departments. I had in total 15 interviews, I have met 2 analysts, 3 associates, 4 VPs, 3 directors and 2 MDs. I have met with people coming from Investment team, asset management and portfolio management. The process was quite unstructured, it feels like you need the approval of every single person you met, I personally believed to have performed well in 14 out of 15 interviews, however that 1 interview (the only nasty interviewer I met in the process) is probably the reason why I didn't get the job. Real Estates is a pretty easy industry so basic prep tbh would be more than enough for analyst role. Probably preparing on some real estate mental maths would be good, however interview was a mix of behavioural and technical, not that hard. I personally believe that a PE or Acquisition interview would be much harder than a PM role and much more technical.
