Strategic Partners Summer Analyst

Applied online, took a personality test online, and was contacted for a first-round interview over Zoom, one on one. All the interview coordination and planning was done through HR. This interview was mix of behavioral and technical questions. About two weeks, later I was contacted about receiving a super day. The super day was originally five 20 minute interviews with members on the team. During the last interview, I was notified of two additional interviews. The day started around 10:30AM and ended around 2PM. A few hours later I received a call from HR and the head of the recruiting process notifying me that I received an offer. The super day was mostly behaviroal, although an entire interview was dedicated to grilling me on technical questions and another was a case study. I also met with one of the SMD/COO of the group and someone who was solely responsible for assessing fit. Everyone was super nice and clearly very smart. They really want to get to know you and make sure they will enjoy working with you, so be yourself! Also, it's a finance role so make sure you know the guides, especially since many have banking backgrounds and they'll be able to tell who understands it and who memorized it. I wasn't able to visit the office, but have heard it is super nice and look forward to in the future.
