Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was highly holistic and very personal. After speaking through e-mail for about 2 weeks, I was invited to Blackstone's offices where I met with the finance departments head of interns. We had what could be described as a long chat, I briefly stated my interests and proficiencies, but the majority of the interview seemed to be focused on gaging my drive, dedication, and general personality.
