Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online to a diversity event, and had a phone screen with a recruiter. After attending, I was notified that I'd be considered for the accelerated pipeline due to my attendance at the diversity event. I submitted preferences for which groups I was interested in interviewing for, and heard back within a month of my in person interviews. I had an in person first round with various groups and was invited back for in person superday the next day with specific groups. The interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical (main drivers in an LBO model, opinions on risky investments, tell me about a failure). I heard back a few days after superday if I received the offer or not.
