Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume through College's career website (mid-tier Ivy) and received an invitation for phone interview, which lasted about 30 min - basic technicals and the standard "walk me through your resume". Received a superday invite a few days later - went into office and had three interviews with 6 people, mostly technicals but nothing too crazy. Asked about capitalization rates, approximating value of a retail space, different types of real estate, etc.
