Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Pymetrics Game 2. Pymetrics Interview 3. Group math assessment session over zoom with 18 GRE style math problems. 4. 30-minute zoom interview with typical behavioral and real estate questions. Also had cap rate and cash-on-cash return calculation problems 5. Superday was 2:1 interviews with 4 rounds. A mix of scenario based real estate questions like what would you do if interest rates increase and etc. Got an impression that fit with the group matters a lot. Technicals portion was surprisingly not too difficult.
