Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Normal OCR Procedure. The interview was a normal 2 on 1 structure and was for the most part, very friendly. I was asked 2 brainteasers, which for the sake of keeping this a meritocracy, I won't divulge. Besides that, prepare for the normal valuation questions and expect that they will go into great depth on these topics. Also be prepared to have a clever conversation with them as the firm is very small and they want to know if they could take you out to diner with clients etc.
