What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round on campus and then a second round consisting of 5 1 on 1 interviews at their NY office. The first round was very technical. Started with a quick "Walk me through your resume" and then all technicals for 20 minutes. It ended with a brainteaser. Super day was more fit based and trying to get a sense for why you want to work in Blackstone and investment banking.
