Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a 30 minute OCR 1 on 1 interview. Very focused on tech, since that's group focus. Asked about my previous deal experience, and companies I'm interested in the space. Invited to Superday soon after. Spoke with MD on phone, and interviewed with 6 people in office. Mixture of technical finance questions and fit questions. They try to ask questions outside the typical questions. Office is around 10 people in Menlo, but has strong deal flow. Great group of guys.
