Summer Analyst - Strategic Partners

First round was a 1-on-1 video interview with a current Associate. Largely behavioral, why you were interested in the position, what you know about the job and department. Got invited to a Superday 2 weeks after. 5 interviews with 8 different employees in Strategic Partners, ranging from Analysts to VPs to MDs. 4 out of the 5 were behavioral, with 1 technical interview that asked largely what makes a secondary portfolio attractive and why an investor would be interested in purchasing a secondary stake. Interviews were fairly low key, interviewers were nice and didn't ask anything too difficult.
