Application submitted, then received a pymetrics, this included the generic problems found on youtube. After completion, two days later received interview request. This included all behavioral, make sure to know why blackstone, individual strengths and weaknesses. Also you are given two attempts for recorded interview and around a minute to think of an answer beforehand. None of the questions were technical or related specifically to the role. I was then ghosted until two months, followed up 3 weeks after and got no response. Finally received an email 3 months afterwards saying they choose another person.
