2024 Global Markets – Summer Internship

First Stage: Online test involving the notorious switch game.
Second Stage: 1on1 Interview involving competency based questions, brain teasers and behavioural questions. This ranged from the standard why BnP, why GM and a few questions revolving around BnP's ethos.
Third Stage: In person AC. This consisted of 3 parts: a 30 minute long maths paper covering trivial percentage change questions and a riddle. A 1on1 interview with what they called news flash where they present a headline and ask you questions regarding its affect on the market and then a group task where you had to decide as a group which appliances would maximise the constraints they gave you.
