Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and after 3 weeks was contacted by a VP asking for my availability for an initial call. Had the interview 5 days later and heard back within a week. The interview itself was fairly straight forward with mostly behavioral and some technical relating to my experience. In total there was one initial interview and one superday which only 3 people made it to. The VP seemed fairly laid back and gave the impression that the culture at the firm is great.
