Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred by an acquaintance, contacted the VP who was the staffer, and told him that I was interested in a summer analyst position. I was invited to come into a "superday" and was interviewed by several individuals and pairs of individuals in the LCM/DCM team. I was given an offer later that day, and I accepted.
