BNP Summer Analyst within Global Markets

The week before the interview they had a on campus recruiting event were I met and spoke to the interviewers. They then told me to apply online on the college career site and said they would be conducting interviews the following week on campus. I received a interview confirmation and then had a 50 minute each back to back interviews with two BNP employees. One was a MD and the other was a 3rd year Trader on a desk. They both were very friendly and we already had some rapport since we met the prior week. This was the banks first year to do on campus interviews at my school. I received a phone call stating I had been selected a week later for the internship in NYC. They interviewers were both very nice and very upfront.
