General Interview Information
Interview Details
1)Group assignment - divided in 3 groups to discuss best approach to divide funds for the business project, without exceeding limits;
2) where divided in groups of two people - went for sit-in with employee, who showed what's the job is all about; answered questions related to position, company and challenges; showed systems we would be working with.
3)Interview with HR representative: usual interview questions: "tell me about Yourself; where do You see Yourself in 5 years; walk me through Your CV" and competency based questions related to CV.
4)Interview with line manager - questions about CV and experiences - answer relating to position and company environment and You'll do just fine; ask some questions to line manager and his experiences within company.
