Corporate Banking - Associate

Interview consisted of two 45 min meetings with Heads of groups. These interviews were more behavioral and passing the 'airport test'. Conversation was centered around background and resume and why you would add value to the team. After, there were 5 other interviews spread across 2-4 weeks with Directors to Associates. 5 other interviews were mostly behavioral but there were some industry questions and explaining some of the deals I worked on. I would say coverage groups in regional offices tend to be more focused on fit more than technical skills
