1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied to the job online on the company website.
First round is a call with HR that is about fit ( Why the role and why BNP)
Second round was with a VP and an Associate. They didn't ask much about my precedent interships but much more about my knowledge of a sector, a specific company (Stock pitch).
Also asked me in details about a stock pitch project I did in the past and challenged my model assumptions.
There is a last interview with the director that I didn't get to
