Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I've already made it trough the first round of interview successfully, that is why I would share my experience about the first round.
It was ordinary 1 on 1 interview with one of the managers i'm going to work with.
1) Started as usually with tell me about yourself question.
2) Translation from Russian into English. There were 2 pieces of information around 100 words each. I think they were taken from WSJ and I must admit it could be quite hard if you don't do reading in english often. A lot of financial vocabulary.
3) Small corporate finance test with 3 questions. 1) Can't remember :( 2) About weighted average cost of capital 3) About interest you have to pay for the loan.
