Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied Online and got an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly fit and some basic financial valuation information.
Got an email a week later I was selected for an in person interview in NY in March. The interview was a couple hour ordeal. The first inteview session was with an analyst, associate, and MD. It was mostly fit.. (Walk-me-through your resume, strengths/weakness, why BNP...). The next interview was 1-on-1 with the groups MD and that was also fit based and little bit of technical.
