Fixed Income Sales Analyst

Referred by a Global Sales Head in Sales & Trading I met through a fraternity mentorship program. Was sent directly to Head of US Sales for the New York desk I was interviewing for. I've done one on one interviews with the Head of the US for the desk and another Director. Still have another two one on one interviews with two other senior members of the desk. Found out two seats on the desk at the analyst level are open. Still have not been offered the job but given the referral from the Global Head and how my first two interviews went, it looks likely I'll get the role.
