What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online, got a phone call a week later to let me know they want to invite me for an interview. The first round, I only had a interview with the associate. A few days later I got a call to let me know I was through to the second round. In this round, I had an interview with the Director and analyst (separately), they got back to me the next week and I got the offer!
Normally, you would start the interview with the analyst and then the associate, if your interview went well, you would have a second round with the Director. But in my case, it was a bit different.
