First interview with HR partner starting with a finance quizz (easy questions), then depending on your score you can choose an IBD (M&A, ECM or DCM) division for the next round of interviews (most prestigious teams being TMT, Retail, ECM). Second round of interviews is very classic, associate and VP, both technical and fit questions
