Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- I applied through the campus recruitment team that fast tracked me to the session test that took place in January. It was mostly technical questions and all diferrent basic questions but you have to understand all the underlying concepts behind it, so knowing the formulas by heart won't help (e.g. all the different valuation methods). That was the first part, then the second part was no-surprise behavioural questions (how do you perform in teams) but it became harder at each question. Then some got called back for the 2nd interview.
