What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After applying online end of November I received a phone call by an associate that they would like to invite me for an initial interview.
This first interview was with the associate and lasted about 1-1.5 hours. The interview consisted of multiple technical questions some fit questions and a final guesstimate.
A week later I got a call that I was invited for a second round interview. This interview was with the VP of BNP Amsterdam and consisted primarily of fit questions.
Another two weeks later I was invited for a final interview with the Amsterdam MD. This interview consisted of several fit questions and two larger questions to test my knowledge about the financial industry and macro economy.
