Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Landed an interview through personal contacts who knew an employee at the company and arranged an interview through my contact.
They emailed me to arrange a time for the interview and also asked me what dates over the summer I was free and to send them a copy of my CV.
The people were friendly and the atmosphere was one of working very hard, the importance of not making any mistakes was repeatedly emphasised.
I had only one interview and there was one other intern working when I started my internship.
It was not a spring week because I had missed the deadline, but two days on their metals trading desk in marylebone.
