1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had 2 interviews before getting the summer analyst investment banking offer. The first one was a 15 mins zoom interview, where I had to pitch a company and its valuation. The second one was the final virtual super day that consisted of 2 1-on-1, back to back 30 mins zoom calls with the director, and analyst and managing director respectively. Neither of them were technical. It was mostly behavioral and culture fit questions.
