Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After an on campus recruitment event, I sent my application to the HR lady, who transferred it to the lev.fin.team. After 2 months, I received an interview invitation from one of the analysts.
Before attending the interview, I had to pass an online cash flow modelling test, which was relatively simple. At the interview day, I met with 5 people, including the director and the VP. The atmosphere in the office seemed quite hardworking, as they seemed to be quite understaffed. Next to the handwork, it was evident that a few analysts had a great sense of humour.
I would advise the interviewee to be calm, yet focussed, and come prepared with a clear idea on how you can benefit the team from day one.
