Long Term Internship Corporate Debt Platform Analyst

I applied online and heard back two weeks later for a 1 on 1 interview. Was invited to a 1 on 1 either at their main London office or video conference interview via their office closest to me. Conducted a video conference interview with a VP in High Yield Capital Markets. This interview varied from behavioral, technical, as well as current market news. After being successful in the first round I was invited to a final round at their office about 4 weeks later. The nature of this interview was harder in nature and featured 1 on 1 interviews with 5 individuals that included, a Director, VP, and analysts. Heard back five days later that I did not receive an offer.
