Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Consisted in two steps. First interview is with HR and is mainly motivational. Second interview is a one hour and a half 1 on 1 interview with the director and the associate and is mainly technical with some motivational questions at the beginning. Questions included: what are the valuations methods and talk about them; Know how the 3 financial statements are connected; 1 short market sizing question like how many cars are sold in year by FIAT in Italy.
