Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received a Diversity day invite through my universities OCR process, had a 1 on 1 interview with a VP. The interview consisted of mostly fit questions (I'm an international relations major) and one technical on the fed, whether they would raise rates, and what their mandate was. A week later, I received an invite to the superday.
