1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a 1st round on campus and then a Super Day at their office. 1st round was fairly behavioral - got questions about my work & on-campus experiences. For Super Day, I would say its 50% markets and 50% behavioral. Overall, they are really just trying to see 1) you're smart and understand fixed income and 2) you are a good fit and they'd like to work with you.
