Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was contacted for an interview after having my resume passed on by a professor, then selected by head of the department. First phone interview was with an analyst who was very nice and made the interview feel like a conversation. Most of the questions were related to my resume; in fact, I can't remember any technical questions. Only other questions asked were in regards to BNP and what sets them apart.
