Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Interviewing for LevFin required very good knowledge of LBOs and the different tranches of debt. Was also asked random multiplication, but the numbers were not too crazy, mostly just to see how I thought on my feet. I had a phone screen and Skype call and then got the super day. At the super day, I had 6 interviews with 2 analysts, 2 associates, and 2 VPs. I would recommend having a really good idea of why you want to do banking as they seemed to care more about the quality of the person than someone being extremely technical. The culture seemed very laid back, which was definitely the best part of the firm.
