Summer Analyst

I applied to and was successfully admitted into a two day virtual summit in which I particpated alongside a group of other individuals in learning about the bank and different divisions and groups. The superday itself was mediocre, I personally was not as prepared as I had hoped (keep in mind I did not know how to model an LBO) and took too long on answers. This can happen in any interview so please be careful when asked about a previous mistake you made or time when you fell short, interviewer can push and attempt to make you reveal a fatal character flaw. I would do this too as an interviewer, but should have personally prepared myself better. Pending decision.
