Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The phone interview was entirely behavioral plus some questions about why the firm as well as recent trends and deals in the space. The interviewer was kind of dry but I disregarded it as difficulty relating over the phone. I then went to a full super day where I had 2 interviews with two people each time for 45 minutes. one was behavioral, one was technical. the technical questions were very much on the easy side.
