summer analyst

Process started in February, when i just threw my resume anywhere it would stick. networked at the firm, for some reason i had better traction here than any other bank, no clue why. not too many alumni of my school are here.
Eventually i got invited for a superday without a first round interview, and i dont think that the others who interviewed with me had one either.

Got into the office, they had breakfast and a tour waiting for us. One of the MD's was there to make us feel comfortable. They were very welcoming, as were the traders on the floor when we walked by.

Interview was 3 parts, one technical, one aptitude, one behavioral. asked a bunch of classic questions like why bnp, trading vs. sales. Interest rates, AI, things like that, no stock pitch.
