Summer Analyst

I had a connection who got me a phone interview (not from a target school) and I was later invited up for a super day. I really had no idea what group I was going to be interviewing for, and it turned out it was for Derivatives Sales when I had been doing recruiting for more banking type interviews. Although very intense at times, every person I interviewed with was very kind and I even stayed in touch with another employee whom my connection introduced me to.
