Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. Got an email from an analyst saying I got a first round interview. Had the first round the next day. Got an email a week later inviting me to Superday in NYC. Superday was 5 interviews with Analysts, Associate, 2 VP's and an MD. MD was in your face. VP's, associates and analysts were very down the earth. Great people to work for. Ultimately took an offer with another firm. Would love to work for them though.
