Summer Associate

I had an on-campus interview with an alum from my business school. I was then invited to interview at BNP's offices. I had 5 back to back interviews with 3 MDs and 2 VPs. Three of the interviews were technical in nature. I was given a company description and was asked how I would analyze the risks/opportunities associated with the business. I was also asked about my prior experience, relevant skills, etc.

Everybody was very down to earth and friendly. My advice would be maintain a positive attitude throughout the interview. Give detailed and well thought-out answers. Try to make some small talk to break the ice and show your personality. ASK GOOD QUESTIONS. The interviewers appreciated my genuine interest in learning about the group's business. Listen carefully and ask good follow-up questions.
