Financial Analyst

During senior year at college. I received confirmation that I had passed the resume screen for a three year Finance rotation program and was contacted about setting up a group phone interview. The phone interview consisted of three Boeing employees (Manager, Senior Manager, and HR Manager) and was primarily consisted of a behavioral questions (challenging scenarios, working within a diverse group, biggest weakness question, etc.) and a description of the rotation expectations. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. In this instance I received an offer 2-3 weeks later without any further interview.

General advice to other interviewees is to know your story inside and out and be prepared with legitimate examples of times you worked with difficult/diverse teams in college.
