Went to the career fair booth, reviewed resume with the recruiter, received a phone call that night from the recruiter that I had received an on-campus interview the next morning, filled out an online application, went in the next morning for interview, 2 person panel only asked 5 questions total, lasted 50 minutes or so, entirely behavioral questions mingled with why do you qualify, received offer for St. Louis financial planning intern position, pay was around $21 per hour I believe. Very nice people, location was not preferable for me, they do assist with relocation if needed.

Interview
During senior year at college. I received confirmation that I had passed the resume screen for a three year Finance rotation program and was contacted about setting up a group phone interview. The phone interview consisted of three Boeing employees (Manager, Senior Manager, and HR Manager) and was primarily consisted of a behavioral questions (challenging scenarios, working within a diverse group, biggest weakness question, etc.) and a description of the rotation expectations. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. In this instance I received an offer 2-3 weeks later without any further interview.

General advice to other interviewees is to know your story inside and out and be prepared with legitimate examples of times you worked with difficult/diverse teams in college.
Interview Questions

Group Interview
Interview
Interview was a panel interview with four managers, two analysts, and the recruiter. Interview was STAR format, no technicals. Most of the questions were fairly basic (Walk me through your experience, when was a time that you showed leadership etc..?)

Key thing for the interview is that they pulled one S.T.A.R question from each of the core competencies listed in the job posting, so if I was prepping for this interview I would practice S.T.A.R questions on each competency listed for the BCFP. That would be very good preparation for the interview.

I thought the panel interview was a little more nerve-wracking than one on one, but the managers did their best to put me at ease.
Interview Questions
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your manager and how did you handle it?

Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem using quantitative analysis?

Interview
Boeing has a behavioral interview process. They ask the exact same questions to every candidate, take notes, and compare answers. These types of interviews can be very easy if you put the time in before hand to study all the possible types of questions. I was interviewed by the finance manager, 2 associates, and 1 HR rep. They sat kind of in a circle with me at the head of the table. Each interviewer took turns asking me their pre-set questions. Given that it The interview was much more casual than expected coming from the interviewers. There was a lot of good discussion about answers I gave. Being very careful to learn if it was the position I wanted, I asked a lot of questions to figure out the type of work I would be doing. Going into it I thought it would be more like an fp&a job for a division. I realized in the interview that it was basically helping project managers stay within their budget. Unfortunately I learned that there wouldn't be much strategy or analysis involved with the position. By the end I knew I wouldn't accept the position if offered and they could see right through me. It would be an ok place to start right out of school before getting an mba, but I have been working for a couple of years and wanted something that was more strategic.
Interview Questions
tell me a time when you failed in your current or previous job and what did you learn?

I gave an example of spending too much time in the details of the project that when the deadline came I had to hurry up and deliver a less than great result. When I did this I tried to extenuate how I am detail oriented and have to have things done right. I figure if I'm going to tell about a failure I should put a positive in there.
