Applied for interview from job posting online. Was contacted shortly thereafter by recruiter and received phone interview the following week. They asked basic fit questions (Why BAH, why consulting from PhD, and a simple case consisting of profitability). I was told to work on being more relaxed and structured during my cases. However, I was still invited to second round which consisted of many fit/case questions with more senior leadership. Overall a pleasant experience, comparable with other firms.
