Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Honestly, the interview process was surprisingly easy. It involved a very simple phone screening and then a super day in which I met with 3 different people during a flash interview session. Back to back to back with very little time in between. My interviewer looked at my resume, asked me very generic behavioral questions, and asked me about why I was making the switch from Finance to Consulting and then we just talked about basketball for the rest of the interview. Once he realized I was smart enough to do the job it was a personality test.
